History

2003
In Kokshetau was held the meeting of restaurateurs, which for the first time, it was decided to establish the Association of cooks of Akmola region. Elected President of the Association of chefs – Elena Mashinskaya.

2004
For the first time in the history of independence of Kazakhstan took part in International culinary festival team on lost happiness, which was held in the city of Tomsk (Russia) and was dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the city.

2005
Gets the status of the Republican Association of cooks of Akmola region

2007
Made a report to the President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the development of the industry of catering and hospitality Elena Mashinskaya Akmola region.

2008
The culinary Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan celebrates its fifth anniversary! The first international culinary festival takes place in the resort area of Borovoye Kazakhstan In honor of this event in the history of national cuisines “Kazakhstan-Burabai”, bringing together more than 300 participants from 8 countries . At the Congress of the world Association of culinary unions in Dubai (UAE) Worldchefs of Kazakhstan adopted at an International organization (World Association of Chefs’ Societies) .

2015
Renamed the National Association of chefs culinary Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan
